All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT/tax collection, invoicing, and compliance on our behalf.

Standard licenses (Starter, Essential, Kit tiers) are for individual use (one person). Pro and Enterprise tiers include multi-seat usage for teams within the same organization. For teams larger than 10 people, contact us for volume licensing.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@nexuskit.es within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
All products are delivered as digital downloads (ZIP files) immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link via email and through your Lemon Squeezy account. Download links are valid and accessible indefinitely through your account.
Purchases include access to updates for the version purchased. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 to v2) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price. We are not obligated to provide updates, but we aim to keep products current and useful.
All materials are original works created by the NexusKit team. We retain all intellectual property rights to the original materials. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Product names, logos, and brands mentioned in our products and website (including but not limited to Claude Code, Anthropic, FastAPI, LangGraph, Remotion, Hugo, n8n, Supabase, React, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare, Python, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners.
NexusKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. References to these technologies are for descriptive purposes only, to indicate compatibility and the tools used in building our products.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes from using our products. The templates, agents, and tools are starting points that require customization for your specific use case.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use, modification, or deployment of our products in your environment.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
